Our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, send it back in the original, unused condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Do Scrubs of Key West Shrink?
Our scrubs are made with 100% first quality cotton fabrics. All cotton can shrink, so our scrubs are oversized to allow for 5% shrinkage.
How do I wash my scrubs?
Scrubs of Key West recommends the following laundry instructions for all of our 100% cotton fabrics:
Machine wash cold water, no bleach. Wash dark colors separately, tumble dry low, remove promptly.
What form of currency and/or payment do you require?
We only use American currency. All internet orders require a credit card payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
How can I change or delete an order?
If you need to make a change or deletion to an existing regular order, please contact us at 1-305-853-1700 to speak with a customer service representative. Regular orders that have not been shipped may be changed, but this will add additional processing time. Custom orders require special fabric cuts and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Do you hem pants to different lengths?
We have a seamstresses available for alteration. All alterations are considered custom orders and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What are your shipping policies?
All orders are sent by the USPS.
Please allow four to six days to receive regular orders. Custom orders require up to three weeks additional processing time. All orders are filled on a product availability basis. Custom orders and back orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of fabric and completion of order.
